Classic Outdoor Wedding at Great Oaks Country Club | Jen + Nick
Jen and Nick's wedding day was so beautiful, elegant, and an all around classic event, but more importantly it was all for two people who have some of the kindest, most loving souls! Both Jen and Nick share a common love for golfing, and Nick even proposed to Jen on the golf course! It only made sense that they would get married outside on the green and overlooking the course at Great Oaks Country Club!
Jen and Nick's wedding day started out with some rain, but the sun ended up returning just in time for their first look to create one of those great Michigan summer days we all love! I could not wait to share all of these images of their day!! Jen and Nick's family was so very welcoming and I could feel the love they all have for each other and for Jen and Nick from the tears at the ceremony to the heart-felt speeches given at dinner!
Jen's details were classic and timeless, everything from her coach perfume to her sparkly crystal earrings, and I think she looked so stunning in her wedding gown! The plum, purple, green, and ivory color scheme came together perfectly in Jen's bridal bouquet and throughout the reception details.
Jen and Nick - It was SUCH an honor to photograph your wedding day and thank you for being so wonderful! You both were amazing throughout the whole day, even when the rain appeared, you both just went with it and made my "job" so much fun! I wish you both nothing but love, laughter, and many, many years of adventures together (on and off the golf course)!
