Rachel + Steven's Wedding Day at

The Meeting House Grand Ballroom

Where do I even begin with Rachel and Steven's beautiful wedding day in downtown Plymouth?! The morning of their wedding got off to an amazing start with a balmy 94 degrees and Rachel's bridal portraits ended with a vintage car cameo!! We were taking photos downtown near the Wilcox House when we spotted this mint-colored vintage car on the street. The girls and I made a beeline for the car and the nicest man, who owned the car, said we were welcome to take as many photos as we'd like with the car! Best impromptu wedding surprise ever!⠀

Rachel and Steven saw each other for the first time as her father lead her down the aisle at the Meeting House Grand Ballroom and they shared their vows in front of their closest family and friends. I loved capturing Rachel and Steven's romantic portraits because these two cuties are just so much fun to be around and were very laid-back despite the heat wave!⠀

In addition to their portraits being some of my absolute favorites, I was able to document so many little moments of genuine interaction! Such as when the cake cutting knife broke (it was a deep fried donut cake after all!), the look on Rachel's parent's faces during toasts, as well as Rachel's adorable dance with her grandpa, Ivan. Right before they danced together he showed her a photo on his phone of the two of them together when Rachel was just a baby, and I could tell by the look on her face that it was a special moment for Rachel and her Grandpa. It all was just so so special and I feel very honored to have been their wedding photographer!

Congratulations, again, Rachel and Steven!! You both were such a joy to be around and Scott and I felt so welcome amongst your family and friends. I wish you both nothing by love, laughter, and so many amazing new adventures together as Mr. + Mrs. Berning!
